Job Title: Female Support Worker

Location: Leamington Spa

Salary: £25,000 + 5% pension (pro rata)

Employment Type: Part-Time 16 hours

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to vulnerable women, particularly those facing challenges related to addiction, mental health, domestic abuse or involved with the criminal justice system.

This role requires an individual who can work independently, is well-versed in safeguarding and trauma informed practices, and possesses strong computer literacy skills to maintain accurate records and compile impact data for grant funding purposes. This role reports to the senior management team.
