OUR PROJECT
The Esther Project is a gender-specific initiative dedicated to supporting women dealing with mental health challenges, escaping domestic abuse, overcoming addiction, transitioning from prison, or facing homelessness.
Based in Royal Leamington Spa and serving the local community, Warwick, Kenilworth and South Warwickshire, the project provides a range of services, including a caring and supportive home environment, counselling, one-on-one support, creative activities, employability opportunities, and drop-in sessions.
OUR VISION
Is to support women to reach their potential where there have been barriers due to trauma, social and economic disadvantage
OUR MISSION
Is to create a nurturing and empowering community where every woman can heal, grow, and reach their true potential.

We’re beyond proud to share that The Esther Project, alongside 30 other amazing charities, community groups, and inspiring changemakers, was honoured with an award from Rajvinder Kaur Gill, High Sheriff of Warwickshire at last night’s ceremony!
This recognition means so much to our dedicated team of volunteers, who’ve poured their hearts into the past 9 months—creating safe, empowering spaces and meaningful opportunities for the women we support.
