A women’s peer led support and peer mentoring organisation based in Atherstone and North Warwickshire villages. Cohort 4 has been running successfully for 11 years, offering longer term, gentle support to women with a history of trauma and abuse, and those experiencing multiple and complex disadvantages including mental ill health and/or physical disabilities. Cohort 4 was awarded the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2020.
Additionally, Beverley is Senior Lecturer and Researcher in Gender Based Violence, domestic and sexual violence at the University of Worcester.
